What discipline issues are parents concerned about?
In a recent survey conducted by the Institue, parents indicated that their greatest concerns about discipline in their children are:
- time management - self organization;
- not being polite;
- lack of concentration;
- not following parent’s requests;
- needing to chase kids to get anything done;
- stubbornness;
- whining when told “No”; and
- taking on their own self-discipline.
