What discipline issues are parents concerned about?

In a recent survey conducted by the Institue, parents indicated that their greatest concerns about discipline in their children are:

• time management - self organization;
• not being polite;
• lack of concentration;
• not following parent’s requests;
• needing to chase kids to get anything done;
• stubbornness;
• whining when told “No”; and
• taking on their own self-discipline.
